I say challenge rather than a contest because there are no prizes except a feature for 1st, 2nd, and the 3rd winner who best describes what "Halloween" means with music to them.

Hmm, I don't quite know, but how about doing an artwork embodies certain music genres, like jazz, blues, rock or classic music for example.
Like taking a song of Elvis that embodies the mood of rock n' roll and put that into a piece of visual art?
